Virginia Wang is an Investigator in Health Services Research and Development at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center and an Assistant Professor in General Internal Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. She uses large administrative data to examine management and organizational influences on healthcare service provision, care coordination, and patient outcomes. Her research interests include: organizational strategy and performance, Medicare policy, dual use of healthcare systems, and end-stage renal disease.
